What If I Don't Like A Piece When It Arrives or Change My Mind?

We trust that you will be pleased with your purchase, however if you are dissatisfied with an item for any reason, we are happy to help with an exchange or refund.  If you wish to do so, you must inform us in writing within 7 working days otherwise it will be deemed that you have accepted the item.  The email address that can be used for returns is returns@shenonline.co.uk.

 

All returned items must be received in their original condition within 14 days of the date of delivery. Unless damaged in transit to you, we are unable to accept the return of earrings for hygiene reasons nor any items made to a customers specific requirements.  Please refer to our Terms of Sale more details.

 

 

What Do I Do If An Item Arrives Damaged?

Our items are well packaged to prevent this but should a package arrive so, please contact us immediately for details on how to return the item back to us for inspection.  The email address that can be used for returns is returns@shenonline.co.uk.

 

If we agree that the goods are defective in materials or workmanship, we will at our option repair or replace the item.  If we are unable to repair or provide a replacement item, you will receive a full refund for the cost paid for the item within 30 days.  Please refer to our Terms of Sale more details.
